RETURN POLICY
Defiance Marine does not accept returns for sizing issues, dirty, damaged or worn products, that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned to you. Before you purchase, please refer to our sizing charts to ensure a proper fit. We will only accept returns for defective hats, apparel and accessories.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method as soon as the item(s) is received by Defiance Marine and the credit is processed by the payment processor (bank, credit card or Pay Pal). Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
CUSTOM MADE ARIMA, DEFIANCE & ALLIED BOATS PARTS RETURN POLICY
No refunds will be given on Arima Boats, Defiance Boats and Allied Boats custom made parts. All sales are final.
