At the time an order is placed, your credit card will be authorized for the total purchase amount.
This is a pending transaction – your credit card will not be charged until the order has shipped. The authorization/pending transaction will be removed from your billing statement once your order has been shipped and your card has been charged for the order total.

Orders placed with Ground Shipping (Monday through Friday) typically ship out within 2 business days.
Orders placed with an expedited shipping method (UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2-Day Air, UPS Next Day Air) before 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time (Monday – Friday) will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Expedited orders must be shipped to a physical address (no PO Boxes) for delivery timelines to be guaranteed. Expedited orders submitted on Saturday, Sunday or recognized national holidays will ship on the next business day
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
To view the status of any order or to view open, past or pending Orders, please visit the My Account section of the website. You can click here to access that page or find it at the bottom of the shop page. Find your order status by selecting “Order History” or “Invoice History” on the left navigation and search for the order in question. You will see a column titled “Order Status”.
